Issues downloading Endnote from WCM App Store

There is currently an ongoing issue preventing some users from downloading Endnote from the WCM App Store on PCs. If you are attempting to download Endnote and receive a message that the attempt has failed (see below), please open a ticket on myHelpdesk with the description "Unable to download Endnote from WCM App Store" and a screenshot of your error message.
