Please join us for an engaging group conversation on American Sirens: The Incredible Story of the Black Men Who Became America’s First Paramedics by Kevin Hazzard. Reading all or most of the book is encouraged. Those unfamiliar with the book, but interested in the book's topic, are also welcome to attend.

The Health & Medical Book Club is a collaboration between Weill Cornell Medicine's Myra Mahon Patient Resource Center & New York Public Library's 67th Street Library. If you need the book, the 67th Street Library branch of NYPL (328 East 67th Street, New York, NY 10065), should have copies on hand to borrow. Physical, audio, and eBook copies can also be borrowed via any NYPL. If you’d prefer to buy your copy, it should be readily available via AmazonBarnes and Noble, or wherever you buy books!
