Cornell Launches 'Open Journal Finder' to highlight Open Access Publishing Agreements

Cornell University has launhed a tool where you can look up individual journals to see if Cornell/Weill Cornell authors can take advantage of agreements with publishers to waive or discount Open Access publishing charges (APCs).
