Licensing Restrictions

Copyrighted material is owned by its producers and their agents. The library has obtained a limited license to use this material.

Authorized users under the license include: current faculty, students, staff of the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and those who use the computers that the library provides to the general public.

You may access and use this electronic material for research, study and teaching. Licenses specifically prohibit copying or tampering with the software that organizes and displays information, systematic downloading or redistribution of content, and removal or altering of the copyright holder's ownership marks. All commercial uses, e.g., uses for purposes of monetary reward, are prohibited.

Misuse of the materials violates the Campus Code of Conduct and the University Policy on Responsible Use of Electronic Communications. Penalties for misuse may be imposed under university policies. Misuse also violates the terms of the university's license agreement - and may result in termination of the license, and loss of the use of this material by the entire Cornell community.
