New Institutional Archives Finding Aids

Several new finding aids have been added to the Institutional Archives page.  The finding aids include various departments and offices of the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell (New York Hospital), Weill Cornell Medical College, Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, and Cornell University-New York Hospital School of Nursing.  Special collections include the Comprehensive Care and Teaching Program, Navajo Cornell Program, Crash Injury Project, and Medical Strollers Organization.

Anna Riitta and Fritz Fuchs Finding Aids

Anna Riitta and Fritz Fuchs Findings Aids are now available online.  Fritz Fuchs and his wife Anna Riitta were pioneers in the field of reproductive medicine.  There most important scientific study was the use of alchol to prevent premature labor.  Fritz Fuchs was a native of Denmark and Anna Riitta was a native of Finland.  The emigranted to the United States in 1965 when Fritz was appointed the chair/chief of the Department of Ob/Gyn at the medical center.
