The staff and resources of the Samuel J. Wood Library at Weill Cornell Medicine are available to you to support your research, learning and practice.
Center Alumni Council members (CAC) are eligible for access and borrowing privileges at the Samuel J. Wood Library at Weill Cornell Medicine. A current CAC card must be presented at the Library’s SmartDesk for entrance to the Library and all other services. Please contact the CAC for eligibility requirements and membership details.
Why am I unable to access a resource on the library's website?
Available to alumni are free/Open Access e-Resources, and a selected list of subscribed/paid e-Resources from the library. All other licensed resources are only available on the New York Weill Cornell Medical Center network while visiting on campus.
The Library's resources, including all computers, are provided to support the work and research of the faculty, staff and students of the Weill Cornell Medical College, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and affiliated institutions. Please use computers in an appropriate, ethical, and lawful manner. Academic use has priority over recreational use. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access and computer use if a patron does not comply with College policies.
